What does it cost?
$399 to get started, which covers setting up and launching your website and includes your first month. From month two it is $69/month, month to month.
Why does my business need a website if customers already find me on Google?
Your Google listing shows that you exist. A website shows what you do, how you work and why people trust you, and gives customers one clear place to call or send a request. For many owners it is the first impression a new customer gets, and it works alongside your listing rather than replacing it.
What does the monthly plan cover?
Hosting, domain management, upkeep, your inquiry form, review and photo updates when new ones are available, a simple monthly performance summary, and updates to your business details.
How quickly will I see a preview?
Previews are typically ready within one business day once we have enough information about your business. Launching on your domain happens after you decide to go ahead. Once you go ahead, your website is live within one business day.
Can I use the domain I already have?
Yes. We can connect a domain you already own, or help you choose one. While you are subscribed, we manage it for you, and it stays in your control.
What kinds of updates are included?
Updates to your existing business facts are included: hours, phone number, services, service area and similar details. Adding substantial new content, new pages or features, or redesigning the site are separate requests and are not part of the standard plan.
Can I cancel, and what happens to my domain?
Yes. The plan is month to month, with no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee. Cancel before your next renewal and your service continues through the period you have already paid for. After that, the Hearth-hosted site goes offline.
Your domain stays yours. We release it, or help you transfer control of it, at no additional charge from Hearth. Registrar rules can affect timing, and future domain costs become your responsibility.
Can I take my website elsewhere?
Yes. Your business content, including your text and the photos and materials you supplied, is yours to take with you. You do not need to buy anything to keep it.
If you want finished website files for another provider to host, an optional one-time export is available for $199. It does not include migration, installation, ongoing support, Hearth’s underlying systems or automated services, and connected services such as forms may need to be set up again. Third-party assets keep their own license terms. The handoff can be arranged before your service ends.
What is not included?
Hearth Sites is a managed website service, not custom development. It does not include custom design, unlimited edits, online stores, custom applications, advanced booking systems, SEO or advertising, or any guarantee of leads or rankings. SEO and Google Ads management are available separately from Hearth Digital.
